Terms of Service - Skate Hype

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Skate Hype platform, available at skatehype.com and through our mobile applications.

By accessing or using Skate Hype, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Content

This site is dedicated to Skateboarding. All other kind of content will be deleted. You should read Read me first before posting.

By using Skate Hype you also accept the End-User License Agreement (EULA).

User Content

Skate Hype is a public place on the Internet. All content you publish is immediately viewable, downloadable and searchable by anyone around the world, even after deletion from Skate Hype.

You may only upload content that you own or are legally entitled to share. Reproducing, copying, distributing or reselling content for commercial purposes is not allowed.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content will be filtered or deleted within 24 hours.

Awards and Featured Content

Certain content published on Skate Hype may be selected for platform awards or features, including but not limited to Trick of the Week (TOTW) and Skater of the Year (SOTY).

Videos submitted to an active TOTW week cannot be deleted while the competition is open.

By participating in the platform, you acknowledge that content selected for these awards becomes part of the historical record of Skate Hype and cannot be deleted by the user or the platform. This restriction exists to preserve the integrity of the award history.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may use Skate Hype under a pseudonym if you prefer not to use your real name.

Termination

Skate Hype reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
