Miguel Urbina - Stallin Plaza [Prague, summer 2022]

On this tourist trip to Prague the idea was to go to Stallin Plaza for a couple of afternoons and try to record a clip with Rubén Cajaraville, but we forgot one of the cameras at home and we only had a GoPro to record tricks up close, besides Rubén couldn't skate.

But Skateboarding is wonderful and just a stranger with a 16mm camera was in the square the first day we went, after skating for a while he proposed to record a couple of things, I gladly accepted and we recorded the 360 flip. Later it turned out that he filmed more stuff and passed it on to me after developing the film. It turned out to be Nick Martini from https://www.steptstudios.com/ a film director.

I also met Pete Sussner, local skater, playing a skate game to warm up, we became friends and met up the next afternoon, where we filmed a few rounds each. Also Yimmy and Luis Skaters who recorded a trick for me with their mobile phones passed the recordings on to me.

The bad luck of leaving one of the cameras behind and Ruben not being able to skate turned into new friends and thanks to them we had enough material to edit this video. Thank you very much to all of them.
